TERMS OF SERVICE Effective Date: JANUARY 1, 2026
Wildstead Co., LLC provides bespoke, service-based culinary and home concierge services. These terms outline the nature and scope of our offerings and establish clear expectations for how services are implemented.
Nature of Services
Wildstead Co. operates exclusively as a service-based culinary and home concierge. Services consist of preparation support, organization, sourcing, styling, and coordination, designed to support daily living and home readiness within private residences. Wildstead does not operate as a restaurant, catering company, meal delivery service, food retailer, or commercial kitchen, and does not sell prepared food to the public. All services are customized and provided by arrangement, based on each client’s individual needs, preferences, and scope of work.
Culinary & Pantry Services
Culinary services may include pantry and refrigerator curation, sourcing of ingredients, preparation of culinary components for client use, kitchen organization, and gathering setup or board styling. Any culinary elements prepared by Wildstead are intended for client-directed use within the client’s home. Wildstead does not provide on-site food service, staffed events, or meal delivery. Final food preparation, handling, and consumption remain the responsibility of the client.
Dietary Preferences & Allergies
Wildstead is happy to work within client-identified preferences and dietary considerations. While care is taken to respect stated sensitivities, clients are responsible for reviewing all ingredients and completing final food preparation in their home. Wildstead does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice and cannot guarantee the absence of allergens.
Gathering & Board Styling
Gathering preparation and board styling services are non-staffed and presentation-focused. These services involve the design and styling of culinary displays using client-approved ingredients. Wildstead does not provide food service, bartending, event staffing, or supervision of guests.
Home & Cabin Stewardship
Home and cabin stewardship services are concierge-style and may include scheduled check-ins, pre-arrival staging, post-departure reset support, and coordination with trusted third-party vendors and licensed contractors. Wildstead provides coordination and oversight only and does not act as a licensed property manager, contractor, emergency service provider, or repair professional. Any third-party services are contracted directly between the client and the provider.
Scope of Work & Changes
Each engagement is defined by a mutually agreed scope of work. Any additions, changes, or extensions beyond the original scope may require additional fees and scheduling adjustments. Wildstead reserves the right to decline services that fall outside our service-based concierge model or that require licensing or permits beyond our scope.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for Providing accurate information regarding preferences, access, and timing Ensuring safe and reasonable working conditions within the home Reviewing all sourced goods, ingredients, and prepared components Final decision-making regarding use, consumption, and storage.
Fees & Payments
All fees are for services rendered. Any goods sourced on behalf of clients are billed separately when applicable. Taxes related to goods may be assessed as required by law. Detailed pricing and payment terms are outlined in individual proposals or invoices.
Limitation of Liability
Wildstead Co. shall not be held liable for outcomes related to final food preparation, consumption, third-party services, or conditions outside of our direct control. Services are provided with care, discretion, and professionalism, but without guarantees of specific outcomes.
